Do I have to join or be member of BFit?

No, the workouts are programmed by certified BFit trainers. Once you complete registration, we’ll send the full workout plan to you via text and email in PDF format.

BFit also offers special rates and exclusive benefits for Deaconess employees — you can find more details in the BFit section below.

Can I use the InBody at BFit or Input my information into the APP?

You must weigh in at an Active Nutrition location — a map is provided below for your convenience. InBody scans at Active Nutrition are completely free and do not require a membership.

Personal metrics cannot be manually entered into the app to ensure fair and consistent competition for everyone.

Are InBody Scans at Active Nutrition Free?

Yes, InBody Scans are FREE at Active Nutrition — no membership or purchase is required to participate. As a challenge participant, you’ll receive 20% off all product purchases.

How do I sign up for the challenge?

  • 10 points for every percent body fat lost or muscle mass gained (Depending on your challenge choice)
  • You'll receive 10 participation point(s) for each weigh-in (after the initial weigh-in).

Signing Up is Simple!

3. Sign in to your FitManager account or create a new one to join the challenge. (Prefer to sign up in-store? Just visit your preferred location!)
4. Visit between April 13th – April 19th to complete your initial weigh-in.
